It is usually caused by having installed root certificates that are out of date. If you are a Windows user, you have the possibility of searching the Microsoft site for the updates. As a non-Windows user, you may have to get the root certificate from the certificate authority that has issued it. SSL error 61 can occur if the required root certificate is not installed. This error code can also occur after you upgrade to ICA client 7.0. You can see what is causing the error if you click the link that is says View Certificate and then select Certification Path.
